You can use customer tags to organize and group your customers by short words or phrases that you choose.
Note: Tags will always be displayed in the order that they were originally created. So if display order is important to you, create the tags according to the order in which you wish them to be displayed.
There are two different ways to create a customer Tag.
Create a Customer Tag on the Edit Customer screen
- Click into the Tags field and choose Add New
- Type the name of the new Tag in the window that appears
- Click the Create button to save the new Tag
- You can then choose the new Tag in the Tags dropdown on the Edit Company screen
Add a new Tag on the Setup Tags screen
- Navigate to Aero Settings > Setup Tags
- Click the Add New button
- Type the name of the new Tag and click the Save & Close button
- The new tag will be available in the Tags dropdown on the Edit Customer screen
