If you find that time is missing from QuickBooks Time, the first place to look is the Sync Log on the Account Settings > Integrations page for sync errors. Here are some of the most common errors and how to fix them:
Error adding time sheet for Aero Time Id: 22 in QuickBooks Time. Expectation Failed: The following fields are required: • Class • Service Item Fix the cell on Tue the 4th with 0:02 hours |
You have Service Item and/or Classes required in your QuickBooks Time account. Make sure your Aero Types are properly mapped and then use Batch Update Time to fix the time entries. |
Object reference not set to an instance of an object. | Your QuickBooks Time account might have been disconnected from Aero. Try disconnecting and then reconnecting Aero and QuickBooks Time. This might also mean that the QuickBooks Time API is down. Wait a few hours and try syncing again |
AeroTime: 1015 failed to add/update to QuickBooks Time. Aero Time Entity not set. |
You need to map your Aero users to your QuickBooks Time employees. The Aero user who saved this time entry is not properly mapped. |
Error adding time sheet for Aero Time Id: 360 in QuickBooks Time. Not Acceptable: Tue the 27th is locked because it's been submitted or approved. Please unsubmit or have a manager unapprove the day and try again |
Aero cannot add or update time to that date because it has been approved and locked in QuickBooks Time. |
