Update Aero Navigate to Account Settings > Integrations and click the Sync QuickBooks Now button. That will bring in all your most recent QuickBooks Online data.
Customer syncing Aero will import your QuickBooks Online Customers in the initial sync. If you already have customers in Aero when you sync Aero to QuickBooks Online, customers may be duplicated. If you already have customers in Aero, please contact support to have your existing Aero Customers mapped to your QuickBooks Online Customers before you connect to a QuickBooks Online account.
Choose whether or not you want to auto-sync time. If you want time to automatically sync from Aero to QuickBooks Online, navigate to Aero Setting > General Settings and check the Auto Sync Time box. Learn more about how the time sync works.
Map your Aero Team Members. Navigate to the Edit Team Member screen to match each Aero Team Member to the corresponding QuickBooks Online entity (either an employee or a vendor). Choose the correct name from the QuickBooks Entity drop-down. Note that you can only select an existing QuickBooks Entity from the drop-down. New Employees and Vendors are added in QuickBooks Online and then synced to Aero from the Manage Integrations page.
Map Service Items. Navigate to Aero Setting > Aero Types and match each Aero Type to the appropriate QuickBooks Online Service Item.
Map Classes (Optional). If you use Classes required in your QuickBooks Online account, edit your Aero Types so that each one is connected to a QuickBooks Class.
