Re-sync failed time entries
Follow
- Navigate to Manage > Batch Update Time
- Select the date range for time entries you want to resync and the Company
- Check the Failed Synced box then click the Next button

- On the next screen, check the box to select all.
- From the Other dropdown, choose Sync Selected Time
- If the times sync properly the screen will refresh and no times will be listed (as they are no longer failed)
