Once you have your Aero account connected to your Office365 account, you should know what to expect out of the email part of the integration.
If you have chosen to have Aero auto-update your email (in My Preferences), Aero will automatically check for unread emails, in your Office365 Inbox from email addresses that you have listed in your Aero account. Emails that have been brought into Aero will be marked as Read and moved to a folder called Aero Imported.
Once an email is imported into Aero, you can delete it in Office 365 without affecting the copy in Aero. You can likewise delete an email in Aero without affecting the copy in Office 365.
Emails sent from Aero will not be copied into your Office 365 account.
Aero will not check your email if you have more than 50 unread emails in your inbox. If you have more than 50 unread emails, you will need to do some clean-up in Office365 before this integration works for you.
Aero checks your email every 30 minutes. If there is an email in your Office365 Inbox that you want to have brought into your Aero account Right Now, you can choose to Check Email and Refresh List from the My List or My Dashboard screen.
If you did not check the Auto Update Email box in My Preferences, you will need to select Check Email and Refresh List from the My List or My Dashboard screen in order to have emails brought into Aero.
Click the envelope icon to read an email in Aero. Use the Quick Add menu to create and send an email.
Because Aero doesn't have any document storage, attachments are not brought in with the emails. If an email has an attachment, you will need to open it through your Office 365 account.
