Once you have filtered for time entries that failed to sync, here's how to fix them:
- Click the Time button on the time entry that failed to sync
- On the Edit Time screen, click the Save & Close button. This will force the time entry to try to resync
- Navigate to Account Settings > Integrations and look for the most recent entry in the Sync Log. The error message there will tell you why the time entry failed to sync.
