Manage Aeros

The Manage Aeros screen shows you all the firm's Aeros. It defaults to open Aeros due on or before today (an open Aero is one that is either In Progress, Not Started, or Deferred). This is the screen you use to keep tabs on what is going on in your firm.

Take a tour of the Manage Aeros screen in Aero.

When you first click on the Manage Aeros screen it defaults to all the Firm's open Aeros with a Start Date on or before today.

• Use the Quick Filter to choose a different date range (see below for the different filters available)
• Click and drag a column header into the blue bar to change the way the Aeros are grouped
• Click on a column header to sort the grid by that column
• Click on the three ellipses in any column header to show or hide columns
• Use the filter row to search for a specific Aero Customer
• Use the Make Sticky button to save your settings

Quick Filter options on the Manage Aeros screen:

• Today - all open* Aeros with a Start Date on or before today
• Tomorrow - all open Aeros with a Start Date on or before Tomorrow
• Yesterday - all Aeros** with a Start Date of Yesterday 
• This Week - all open Aeros with a Start Date on or before the end of this week (week runs Sunday-Saturday)
• Last Week - all Aeros with a Start Date in the previous week
• Next Week - all open Aeros with a Start Date on or before the end of the following week
• This Month - all open Aeros with a Start Date on or before the end of the current month
• Last Month - all Aeros with a Start Date in the previous month
• Next Month - all Aeros with a Start Date in the following month

• 30 days = all open Aeros with a start date on or before today, plus the next 30 days

• 60 days = all open Aeros with a start date on or before today, plus the next 60 days

• 90 days = all open Aeros with a start date on or before today, plus the next 90 days

• Custom - You can enter a custom date range. Aeros returned will include Not Started, Deferred, In Progress, Completed, & Canceled Aeros. You are limited to 2999 Aeros.

*Open Aeros are Aeros with a status of Not Started, Deferred, or In Progress

**All Aeros included open Aeros as well and completed Aeros, but excludes canceled Aeros
