What happens if you check the Also Update Recurring checkbox on the Batch Update Aeros: Make Changes screen?
If you are making changes to Aeros that are occurrences of a Recurring Aero, you have the option of asking Aero to also update the Recurring Aero and all of the unchanged occurrences as well. To better understand how this works, let's look at two different scenarios:

In this case, you would not want to check the Also Update Recurring box, since you want the Recurring Aero and the majority of the Not Started occurrences to still be assigned to Bob. The occurrences for the three weeks he's gone will be reassigned to Shelly, but the Recurring Aero will still be assigned to Robert, and all of the occurrences except for the three week period will still be assigned to him.
- Robert has left the firm and you need to reassign all his work to Shelly. In this case, you would want to check the Also Update Recurring box so that the Recurring Aero and all unchanged occurrences would be updated. After checking the box, the Recurring Aero is now assigned to Shelly:
- And all the unchanged individual occurrences are also now assigned to Shelly:
