Only users with a security level of SL3 and higher can edit time entries.
You can edit a Time entry:
- From the My Timesheet screen
- From the Manage Time screen
- From the Batch Update Time screen
- From different time-related reports
If you edit a time entry in Aero and your firm is syncing time with QBO or TSheets, the update will sync to the other app. If the time entry has been edited or locked on QBO or TSheets, the update will be rejected by that app.
Note that not all users will be able to see all fields on the Edit TIme screen.
The Audit info will show information about when the time entry was created and last edited, as well as sync Id information (available for Large Firm subscriptions only).
