To add an Action Link or Help Link to a step in a checklist:
- Get the URL for the document or webpage you want to link to. In the sample below, we are linking to a specific Google Doc:
Note: if you are linking to a resource stored in a document management system or cloud drive, make sure that the document permission settings will allow others to access it if needed.
- Open the Aero, Recurring Aero, or Checklist Template you want to add the link to. Find or create the step where the document or web page will need to be accessed.
- Click into either the Action Link or Help Link field and paste the URL into the field.
- The link will not be clickable while you are editing the checklist. However, when a user is using the checklist in the "Do Task" screen, the link will be a clickable resource:
