The Checklist Templates screen lists all the checklists in the Aero Library, plus any that you create.
New Aero accounts have five sample checklists that you can use, edit, or delete.
- Click the View button to edit a checklist
- Click the Create Recurring button to create a Recurring Aero using that checklist
- Click the Create Aero button to create a one-time Aero
- On a Library checklist, you have the option to Clone it, so you can use the Library checklist as a starting point in creating your own checklist.
The default columns on the screen are:
Author | The Author of the Library Checklist or the designated Author of the Frim's checklist |
Type | The Aero Type or Type from the Library |
Template Category | Either "Aero" for the firm's checklists or "Library" for Library Checklists |
Summary | The Subject of the checklist, a brief description (for Library templates) and buttons to View, Create Recurring, Create Aero, and Clone |
Apps Used | Lists Apps that are involved in the Checklist |
Last Modified | The most recent date the template was edited. |
Publish Status | Whether the templated has been made available to your Managed Accounts. This is an optional column - click the three ellipses to the right of any column header to select it. |
