When searching for things in an Aero grid it may seem as though you need to enter the exact name or phrase to find what you are looking for. But that is not true.
If you type part of a name you may see "No Data Found" loaded below the search field: 
However, if you then hit your "return" key, any company with that word or letters anywhere in its name will load:
