If you deleted an Aero by mistake, here's how you can recover it:
- Navigate to Work > My Dashboard.
- From the Quick Filter dropdown, choose "All" (if you have had an Aero account for many years, it might take several seconds to load).
- Use the Subject and Company filter fields to find the Aero you deleted by mistake. Any Aeros you deleted will have a Status of Canceled. You can also filter for only 'Canceled' Aeros to help narrow it down
- Click the View button on the Aero you want to recover.
- Change the Status of the Aero from 'Canceled' to 'Not Started' or 'Deferred'.
- Save & Close the Aero. It will appear on your Dashboard.
You can follow the above procedure from the Manage Aeros screen as well. You can also run a report of canceled Aeros to find a deleted Aero:
- Run an Aero's List Report: https://app3.aeroworkflow.com/ScheduledAerosByTeamMemberReport
- Click the 'Customize' link in the upper right corner
- In the Filter Options section, choose 'Cancelled' from the Aero Status dropdown.
- Set any other filter options (Like Company or Assigned To) that will help find the deleted Aero
- Make sure the date range is set so that it will include the Start Date of the Aero you canceled
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click Run report
- Find the Aero you deleted and click the Subject to Edit it
- Change the Status of the Aero from 'Canceled' to 'Not Started' or 'Deferred'.
- Save and Close the Aero. It will appear back on your dashboard
