We can import a variety of different tasks into Aero. We do not charge for any of our importing services.
- We can import your WIP. If you can get an export of your WIP from your current system, we can import it for you. A few things to note about this import:
- You need to set up your Users and Aero Types in Aero first.
- This only imports a list of tasks with comments and status- it does not import any sort of checklist for the tasks.
- If you want your imported WIP to have checklists, use the import method below for importing one-time tasks- however tasks imported that way will all have a status of "Not Started"

- We can import recurring tasks. A few things you need to know about importing your recurring tasks:
- You need to first set up your Users and Aero Types.
- We can only import recurring tasks based on templates that exist in Aero.
- If you want us to import recurring tasks based on templates that you have created in Aero, those templates must have information in the Estimated Duration and Type fields. We also strongly recommend that you make a selection with the Billable/Fixed Fee boxes. If you want your recurring Aeros to have a due date, you need to fill out the Days to Due Date field in your template.
