You can assign Aeros to an inactive user, even though they don't appear in the 'Assigned To' dropdown. This is a work-around you can use if you want to assign Aeros to a user called "Unassigned" but don't have room on your subscription plan for another user.
Find the inactive Team Member's ID#
- Go to Aero Setting > Team Members and search for the inactive team member by Name.
- Hover over the View button (without clicking) and look in the bottom left corner of your screen for the number at the end of the URL. That's the ID#. In our example below, the ID# is "5".
Type the id number in the Assigned To field of the Aero
- When you are creating the Aero or Recurring Aero, you can type the ID number of the inactive user in the Assigned To dropdown instead of selecting a name.
- The Aero will appear in reports and on manage screens with the inactive user's name instead of the number.
